How to Register

In order to secure a place on one of our programmes we require a completed application form plus a deposit of one week's fees. The balance must be paid not later then 6 weeks before your arrival in Ireland.

Please complete the online Application Form. You can submit this application online; or if you prefer, you can print this application form and either fax or post it to us.

Student usually find it easier to make the transfer of their payment turning for assistanse to any of our regional agents.

Confirmation : Upon receipt of your application form and deposit we will confirm your booking and will send you a helpful packet with all the information you need before you come to us (weather info, clothing, hints on integrating with your host family, meeting information, etc.)

Cancellations :
Your deposit, once received, is non-refundable.
Cancellations received after receipt of final payment but prior to course commencement will be subject to a charge of one week's fees (in other words, your payment will be refunded but your deposit will be withheld.)
In general, no refunds can be made once you have commenced your course.
We recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy which can cover you in such events.

Visa Support : If you require a visa to come to Ireland, you must contact us about special application procedures. We are happy to assist you as best we can by providing support documentation, a letter of invitation, etc.

Medical Insurance : If you are not from an EU (European Union) country you must purchase a medical insurance policy before coming to Ireland. If you wish, the school can provide information on such cover. Please contact us if you would like additional information.
